These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PageChef website and your purchase or use of PageChef services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

PageChef provides landing-page, funnel, copywriting, design and related digital/creative services as described on the relevant offer or checkout page. Exact deliverables, timelines and integrations may vary by package and project.

2. Customer information and cooperation

You agree to provide accurate information, necessary brand assets, access and feedback required for the project. Delays caused by missing information, approvals or customer revisions may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through the payment method offered at checkout. An order is considered placed once the payment provider confirms the transaction.

4. Deliverables and revisions

PageChef will provide the deliverables included in the purchased package. Where revisions are included, they apply to the agreed scope. New pages, major changes in direction, additional integrations or work outside the purchased scope may require an additional fee.

5. Third-party services

Some projects may use third-party platforms or services such as payment gateways, hosting, email tools, analytics or domain providers. Their availability, pricing and policies are controlled by those providers, and PageChef is not responsible for outages or policy changes outside our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer-supplied materials remain the customer's responsibility and ownership. Upon full payment, the customer receives the agreed rights to the final deliverables created specifically for the project, subject to any third-party licences, templates, fonts, stock assets or software terms that apply.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use PageChef services or deliverables for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or abusive activities, or to violate the rights of others.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

9. Limitation of responsibility

PageChef will use reasonable care in providing its services, but does not guarantee a particular sales result, conversion rate, advertising performance, ranking, revenue level or business outcome. Digital performance depends on factors beyond our control, including offer, market, traffic, pricing and customer behaviour.

10. Changes to the website or terms

We may update our website, services, pricing or these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version for future use.
